We had a separate bedroom, which was great. the staff here were truly exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate us. the overall atmosphere felt very family-friendly, largely thanks to the wonderful staff....  

Had a great holiday with no problems but found the restaurant rules to be a bit quirky.

Found a lot of the bar staff and restaurant staff to be excellent with one exception.

The Caribbean restaurant was great but we found the dress codes to be a bit odd. Okay you don’t want flip flops to be worn in the restaurant, but why can you wear these when they have a bit of bling on them but not a pair of high end retail flip flops. My wife and I are in our sixties and where embaressed to be turned away due to my wife’s UGG footwear, we returned to our room to change came back to see a young lady being allowed in with flip flops on! This experience found us feeling awkward and embarrassed as we were ignored when I mentioned this double standard to the young lady at the desk.

Location: the hotel was so close to the included restaurants, shore, and the beach and all the facilities. My room included a sofa bed, an iron, and an electronic key card. The food was AMAZING - I really enjoyed it....  

The suite here was fantastic with great amenities like a safe, a mini bar, and a comfortable sofa bed, plus the location right by the shore was perfect.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and really helpful throughout our stay! We also tried some takeout specials at Sparky's Grill, which was conveniently close to the venue. 🍔.

Beautiful and good room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Garden view and great service. Free Wi-Fi provided. Location near to Playa del Carmen, and le chique restaurant. Also, easy...  

This hotel was a great spot for celebrating a birthday! the staff were friendly and made us feel right at home during our stay. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and all the amenities, including a mini market and Le Chique restaurant nearby. 🌴.

cleanliness was top-notch - rooms were spacious with great amenities like jacuzzi and comfortable beds, and the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The location was ideal - close to everything you need even in the middle of the night in Mexico. The standout service was Alejandro at the poolside swim-up bar - he was amazing!

Would recommend.

The rooms here are lovely and offer stunning garden views at a cost of $510.

The staff here were really friendly and made my stay amazing, the location by the shore was great, and it's close to Le Chique restaurant and Playa del Carmen, also near the beach despite some seaweed.

The room was clean and beautiful. the bed and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of supplies in the room including coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area. the location was lovely with delightful views. the staff was welcoming and outstandingly accommodating towards all guests.

When you stay here, you'll find the place luxurious, with super friendly staff and awesome views of the sea. the rooms are really tidy and gorgeous, plus they come with a safe box, TV, and a mini fridge 🌊.

This place is conveniently located near Cancun with easy access to the beach and facilities.

The location here is great, just a short distance from where we wanted to go, and the room is beautiful, with nice amenities like coffee/tea making facilities and a cozy sitting area.
